2022 DIARY WEEK EIGHT - 21st FEB - 27th FEB
Starting the week, not at all well having fallen several times on Sunday, feel sore, bruised and very tired. So didn't work and have also booked Tuesday off as well. Rough and tired, Monday ill and stayed at home, will not be playing gaming tomorrow, try and update other blogs, stayed in bed all day. Not eating anything, listened to the football on the radio and was in bed early, however cannot sleep and time was passing so very slowly, up at 2am to try and find something to do hoping it would tire me out. Tuesday another poor day, had booked the day off so just rest if you can. Wednesday did the stand up but wish I hadn't, sorted out a payment to c/c so that is sorted now and can do the rest end of the week when paid. Shivering, cold, even under the quilt and in front of the heater. Life could be better, managed to get bins out, and will need to pop out tomorrow, also post a birthday card for Kristie. Sadly did not post a card, but after another struggle of a night Thursday morning I was up and ran a bath. Then went out later on to pick up some milk and bread etc. Also had a mail from Julia and need to reply to her. Still really awful nights with little to no sleep get through to Friday and paid. So pay some bills then go out and get rent money out over the weekend. Sadly feel that I am ready to end it all as I cannot go on like this, I have a plan, will watch the six nations though. So this may well be my final post on this blog. Take care all love light and peace.

2022 DIARY WEEK SEVEN - 14th FEB - 20th FEB
This new week begins with Valentines Day 💖 but might still send a message or two out to some friends to say hi. Hopefully rested a bit over the weekend after what was a fairly poor week last time so I will try and have a better time now on Monday. It's a sunny start to the week, though feel very tired, need to go out this morning and get lunch and few things for the week. Though the afternoon was a slight improvement really didn't enjoy today, messages sent for Valentines Day and hopefully well received, just a bit of fun, sharing the love. Shirt ironed for the morning, listen to some podcasts and music, then see how the rest of the week will pan out for you. Up every couple of hours in the night, so another long day on Tuesday for us, see if you can find enough to do. Wet and windy day out there, so have not been outside today, had plenty of work to crack on with which was fine, then an evening of gaming with the lads, still no Gareth, but made it through and in need of sleep. Once more up every few hours into Wednesday morning, check how Liz is after yesterday and today need to pop out and get some lunch and couple of things for me. The afternoon though wasn't feeling 100% at all, so had a bit of a nap and bath later on too so that I was ready for an early start on Thursday and heading into the office for the day. Up all night and not been feeling very strong, but we did set out at 5am and go into office early, aim to leave about 3pm and get home. See what you can get done today. Still not feeling very well, and also shivering with cold so use the heater and put some candles on too. Only had soup and bread for dinner, I think an early night will be the call later on. Feeling a little bit better on Friday, though still very cold with the storm blowing through, not as bad as some in other parts of the country. Got a fair few things done today, haven't got lunch so might go out tomorrow morning instead. Trying to keep warm and busy, updating other blogs too this weekend, also look ahead to next week.

2022 DIARY WEEK SIX - 7th FEB - 13th FEB
The first day for this week is a landmark birthday for my late father, would have been 88 today and still missing him so very much. Have plenty of work to keep me going and some more blogs to update this week, football against league one leaders Rotherham on Tuesday, then Sunderland on the weekend, also horse racing at Kempton Park (Wed) and we are about a month away from the Cheltenham Festival so begin to draft those. Need to update the SuperBowl LVI blog for Sunday too as Cincinnati Bengals take on Los Angeles Rams. So back to Monday, last day of current sprint, keep busy working and had plenty of meetings too. Feeling cold, did have a check on the gaming session for tomorrow and will see about going out then too. Aim for some sleep and see how Tuesday morning is first. Start of a new sprint, got a free bet and used on tonight's football, will go out later and get some lunch and few bits for me, then after work it's a Tuesday night gaming session. No return from the freebie sadly, and the Dons go on to lose 0-1 against Rotherham. The gaming session was okay, sometimes a bit frantic but we did okay. Not much sleep though into Wednesday morning, and again went out later that day for some shopping, feeling occasionally woozy which is weird, get bins out tonight, bag and clothes ready for an early start on Thursday morning. Got out for the early train and feel tired as always, struggled for sleep most of the night again. See how Thursday goes, aim to leave London about 3pm to get home. has not been a very good day sadly so we hope it can improve before the weekend. Friday up a few times in the night, but some sleep which was welcome, try again with the engagement letter, update it in live and pray that's fine. (or do it over the weekend). Haven't been out today, check money is okay, should survive, it's sunny but cold today and have stopped in. Other blogs updated, we have football and the Super Bowl LVI this weekend to enjoy. More gaming sessions on Sunday too, and apart from cutting my hair don't have a lot else going on. Will have a gaming session on Sunday, usually the best part of the weekend.

2022 DIARY WEEK FIVE - 31st JAN - 6th FEB
Looks like this will be a long week and until things are improving towards the end of February I fear it will be a bit of a struggle. Still cold and struggling with sleep, but did contact Cousin Jo and written mails out to Steve and Julia so might be able to plan stuff for the coming week(s) ahead. Will be in office on Thursday I guess and can cover that with enough money on Oyster card. Go out early this week and get enough for lunches to see me through then it'll be another three weeks to survive. Busy day Monday, made it through having been out for some lunch, plenty of meetings and things to keep me busy and will update a few things tonight, blogs for racing (Kempton Wed) and also some for Dads one creating entries for February already. Praying for a good night sleep tonight, then see what Tuesday brings me. Slept fairly well in the end, sunny start to the day but still feeling cold, not got much to do today and will stay home as I have lunch in and need to be peaceful. A gaming session later tonight hopefully will be fun. There is also a game between AFC Wimbledon vs Cheltenham Town secured a 2-2 draw so still just above the drop zone with Charlton to come at the weekend. Then we need to find something to do on Wednesday, not a lot of work around, feeling fed up, got a bag ready for a trip into office tomorrow, popped out and got lunch too. Let's see how Thursday turns out, will be heading out early morning, just so I can get a seat on train and arriving early so can depart fairly early too. Not feeling 100% today at all, will see if we can improve later on. Got home eventually, did release in evening and had dinner, feeling so low on energy today. Try and get some sleep too. What does Friday have in store? FA Cup games this weekend, need to blog some more entries for Dads. Aim to keep well and survive the next few weeks, should have enough to see me through and make next month better. Plus on Monday would have been Dads 88th birthday so find something to remember him with.
