And breathe...
Almost home and hosed for the month, this week will be paid (Thursday) and also have the day off, with the aim to get more bits sorted for Christmas and sending first batch of cards out to Australia including birthdays for Susan and Hannah. Monday we feeling the cold, but popped out and got some lunch, have plans for the week ahead and just try and keep busy (and warm). Managed a few things today, so just take it easy this week, got music and podcasts to listen to later on, try and get some sleep. Was up till about 3am with the Monday night (Tuesday morning) NFL game on channel five, not the most exciting game so nodded off and got about four hours of sleep/rest before another morning of work and cold. Tuesday is the start of a new sprint and we've a "workshop" later on today too. This evening will have a regular gaming session with the lads, it's a return to Richard as DM and the Curse of Strahd campaign. Sadly I was very distracted and the night was not that adventurous, just lots of talking with little action. So bailed out of that around 10pm and will just have to forget that tonight. Wimbledon won 3-2 against the bottom side, should have done better out of that though, and if can stay up for the NFL show later will hopefully make it into Wednesday. Going to have another long 'workshop' all afternoon, so will aim to get out earlier and visit post office to send Australian cards to Sue, then pick up some lunch on way home. Cards sent out, stamps bought and will get out on Thursday too, got up and out to Kingston, wasn't anything exciting going on so did what I needed and grabbed some lunch then headed back home. Bit of a mixed afternoon and trying to rest and stop being so upset/angry with myself. We made it to Friday, sort out a few more bills, and look ahead to December. Paid my rent, think we just about square going forwards with some cash on me too which will help. Bought lunch, try and have a nice afternoon, then rest over the weekend. Keep well, football and gaming sessions to come.
