2017 PART ONE 01/01 -- 06/01





WELCOME TO 2017

Surely it has to be better than the last 12 months. Take care of you and your loved ones and make it the best year ever. 











First week of 2017 and after a nice week at home resting it'll be back to work and service as normal. Aims for 2017 are to try and keep being happy, staying healthier and losing weight again. Did make a start last year and will carry on with the weekly blogs to ensure that I stay on the right track so to speak. 

Having a little clear up including loads of old cards from Birthdays and Christmases from time past, I have no idea why I hoarded these but have found some from Dad, and the ones when they all passed away so am going to keep those for a little while and recycle the rest. 

Have a good start to 2017 yourself. Here are my goals and dreams for the coming 12 months. 


  • Be Happier
  • Lose Weight
  • Get new clothes
  • See Friends more often
  • Go out more and experience new places


As last year we will take regular measurements of my stats and see that we are making inroads to our goals for this year too. Sadly lept a little over December so have to kickstart things in 2017 again.
