2022 DIARY WEEK ONE - Happy New Year - 1st JAN - 9th JAN

It's the start of another year. Can it be any better for you, I guess it cannot really get any worse for us. Was up to see in the new year with the fireworks exploding all night, some serious action at midnight and also a wee chat with Steffi. Up early ready on Saturday and catch the early racing shows, podcasts, look at the weekend and what I need to do. Sent a list of items for the gaming sessions to Vince and hopefully I am on track with that. Soon to be back to work and will also need to prepare for that, keep busy. Sunday morning another lay in, didn't go out, will probably do so on Monday, but instead listen to podcasts, update some blogs, prepare for gaming session tonight which was fine after a slow start. Monday up to listen to shows and then go out later in morning for some supplies and lunch. Ironing to do as back to working tomorrow, do some ironing and level up my character for the gaming session. Need to be ready for the return to work on Tuesday which turned out reasonably well considering, kept busy and helped out. Gaming in evening was a long slog, we made it through and need to recharge the headset. Slept a bit into Wednesday morning, very cold only 1C showing and will need to get through today again and then sort out a deposit for tomorrow too. Updated Kempton blog tonight and had a nice start to the year there, second meeting next week, work was okay in the end, kept busy and see how things are rest of this week. Thursday morning, will be working at home again and need to call into Bank as well and sort out money. Feltham branch is closed due to Covid so made a trip over to Richmond which thankfully was open and sorted that out. Picked up some lunch and back home, more calls and meetings, trying to get things done this week. Quiet evening and head into Friday with couple more weeks to go, see what the weekend has in store for us. Paid the CC today too which leaves me with no cash but some funds on two CCs hopefully that will see me through. Weekend looks cold and wet, there is FA Cup football and my side AFC Wimbledon travel to Boreham Wood with an upset very possible. Not a lot elsewhere, some gaming sessions and trying to sort something for Hayden as a thankyou for his loan of some decent headphones.
