2017 PART TWENTY 13/05 -- 19/05

This is a very quiet week, leading up to another pay day so chilled out at home after having a good night over at my friend Sarah's on Friday. Helped her with a CV and job application but just nice to relax sometimes. Did manage a lot of small tasks around the home, tidy, clean, update PC which took hours longer than expected, and all the usual chores.

No football now for us as the League One season ended, all eyes are really on off the field activities most importantly the news on the new stadium. Though recent events in the political world will mean a further delay until at least the General Election is over as no decisions can be made while an election campaign is in it's final stages, this is known as Purdah.

Off for a few days next week though which I am looking forward too. Will involve more horse racing action at Sandown Park with my older brother for his birthday which is usually a fun evening and then it'll be another Bank Holiday so that will be May nearly sorted.

We need to start looking bit further ahead for the summer and plan some days off as well.
I still fancy making a trip down to Swanage for a long weekend visiting the heritage railway (above) as well as relaxing by the coast and if possible we can arrange both a long weekend to York and a brief holiday on the Isle of Man both of which are overdue.
