Easter weekend will end and a load of racing on Easter Monday to enjoy, no bets though, no money. Sadly. Also got the start of our season at Pontefract and hopefully can have a better year this time, also AFC Wimbledon play host to Fleetwood Town on Monday too and conceded a goal in the final couple of mins to lose 0-1, this weekend will be away to Accrington Stanley in our fight to avoid relegation. Looks like more travel issues as water works will mean no local buses for a few days or more, so shall go out Monday to get a few bits and pieces in then see if I can get through the week. Sadly keep wasting money, and now going to be very tight for the next couple of weeks. Gaming night tonight having been carried over from Sunday, and another tomorrow too. See how you rest later and hopefully Tuesday is a nice day. It is nice and sunny out there but cold, will go for a walk later, see if the day is a positive one as I did manage a little sleep last night for a change. Found that I've NO money left, so that's another sorry state of affairs for this month, at least birthday gifts for Mrs Hughes arrived so I have something for next week. Gaming night has been moved from Tuesday to Wednesday now so will watch bit of Tv and have an early night and see if sleep is better. Wednesday morning was bad, not well during the night and so I skipped the stand up and see how the rest of the day turns out. Gaming night was fine, bit slow going and not really loving it however we got through. Slept through for a rare night of sleep and hopefully that means that Thursday will fare better, doesn't look like buses are running into the estate so can survive the day with lunch and dinner and aim to go out tomorrow instead? Updated blogs for the weekend and ordered my train tickets to go to Brighton on 29th come what may it will be nice to go out. Made it through to Friday lets see if this day can get a little better, not the best start, but we'll push on through. Go out later and pick up a few bits perhaps, returned to hear that HRH Prince Phillip has passed away at age of 99 which will be the feature for the rest of the weekend's news I suppose.
The Grand National at Aintree is held this weekend so will try and enjoy that, congratulations to Rachael Blackmore winner of the race on Minella Times!
