Started off as a self help page seeking a change in lifestyle and attitude since 2016, have kept it going through into 2020-22 as it helps to get stuff off my chest, encouragement, mental health and achievements however big or small they may be. Keep the faith. Be Nice. Stay Alive.

2021 DIARY WEEK SEVENTEEN 19th APR - 25th APR
Few positives this week to see us through, for one we shall be paid on Friday all being well, which will allow us to pay some bills, prior to that on Wednesday we will have our second Covid-19 jab in the morning and hopefully will not be feeling as sore as last time. Monday was a slow day, try and keep occupied but have struggled quite a bit, speaking with Liz is always good, also replied to Fabrizio (his birthday last weekend) and also to Wendy with her singing which I've had a further reply to so will respond again later. Curry for dinner, plans to pop out during tomorrow morning the rest of the evening probably watch some of the snooker highlights. Then it's Tuesday and wonder what that might bring, been out lunchtime to get some coffee and few bits in Tesco, work is slow but have done enough to stay on top, then the weekly gaming session tonight. Wednesday morning need to go out to Assembly Halls for my second Covid-19 vaccine and will then walk up to high street for some lunch too. Was efficiently processed, and on my way out, slightly sore upper arm which was similar to the last time but hopefully all is good now. Thursday and already struggling with the month ahead, same old story, try and find something to keep me busy. The afternoon was better, managed to claw back all my losses from the other day so happy with that, and should be paid on Friday this week, so can sort few bills too, been out on Friday and got some money for me, plus some shopping. Try and relax this weekend, do some football and plan your days off next week. Just try and stay safe.
