2021 DIARY WEEK SIXTEEN 12th APR - 18th APR

Get through this week, a few hurdles to leap, Mrs Hughes birthday later and will need the final few bits and pieces for that. No money but keep trying to keep on the right side of things and survive this week, soon be paid again and a few days off at the end of the month to plan for and enjoy ... train tickets have arrived for a run down to Brighton but will need a plan of action for that too and not even certain we going to be out but for the cheap price was worth the risk. Shops reopening again from Monday so we will see in the coming few weeks what is happening, doesn't feel like it's the right time but I can make a choice on the day. So how does Monday feel for us, well we didn't have the weekly gaming session on Sunday, but there is one tomorrow. Have blogs to update for Kempton this Wednesday, and more football next weekend including the FA Cup Semi Finals. Loads of meetings today and more of the same tomorrow, let's at least have a peaceful evening and see how we make it into Tuesday. Was up as usual during the night although did manage to drop off again around 4am, waking at 8am with the alarm, so some small improvement in the depth of sleep I get. Feel cold but in need of going out for a few bits for Mrs Hughes, and post card for Cousin Jo. While I didn't quite get what I was initially after today at least I got something and that will have to do. Spend more than the budget, so will have to face a quiet week until things improve a little. Have updated other blogs too, ready for the rest of the week. No gaming tonight now which will now be on Wednesday this week. Dons have a game against Ipswich Town so follow that tonight and another good victory 3-0 keeps us above the drop zone. Wednesday morning struggled a bit for sleep but woke to find my booking available for the second covid vaccine jab, so made the booking for next week to get that done. Still feel cold here, working on the next release, then some gaming later on which I did not really enjoy or get into very much, also need to give birthday gifts for Mrs Hughes too. Reached Thursday, aim to pop out later for some weekend supplies, since I lost the small amount of money I had I might put this off till Friday instead now. Sunny day out there though probably a big chilly. Wrote card for David's birthday to post out on Friday where it's started nice and sunny this morning so will go out later today for a few supplies. See if we can get through the final few days, have written up blogs for football, and will have few more to complete for next week. It's also my cousin Jo's 70th birthday today so wish her well, even had a nice chat on the phone too, lovely. The weekend will feature the funeral service for Prince Phillip with sporting events being moved around to accommodate this.
